Jesuits are famous for their lengthy formation: for those who become priests it can take about nine years of post-novitiate study and pastoral experience until ordination, followed some years later by the tertianship programme, which is the final step towards final vows. Even then, a Jesuit has to wait to be invited to make those vows. The Jesuit vocation is definitely not for the impatient! - and final vows ceremonies can therefore be few and far between.
On Thursday 17th March, feast of St Joseph, Fr Dushan Croos professed his final vows at Farm Street. Dushan, who made his first vows in 1997, is part of the Laudato Si Jesuit community in Clapham.

Our congratulations and prayer accompany Dushan, as he continues his ministry, albeit in very strange and challenging ways during this Coronavirus crisis.
