Praying with art

In the Spiritual Exercises St Ignatius suggests meeting scripture with one's own life, via imaginative contemplation. Each month, in collaboration with Geoff Wheaton SJ, who gives lectures and courses on scripture and art around the world, the Jesuits are offering a new painting and reflection, in the hope that it will enable deeper prayer and reflection on a particular passage of scripture.
