Earlier this month two young women took the next step in their vocational journeys by becoming novices in their congregations. This is a stage, usually lasting two years, of deeper prayer and learning more about religious life, the vows and the congregation the novice has joined. Towards the end of this time, having discerned her call, the novice asks to be admitted to temporary vows.

Then, the following weekend, Els began her novitiate with the Faithful Companions of Jesus...
