The Jesuit priest, author and spiritual guide Fr Gerry W Hughes died yesterday, 4th November. Known to many around the world as the author of God of Surprises he was 90, and had been a Jesuit for over 70 years. You can read an obituary on the British Jesuits' website here...
As we pray for him we send our condolences to all his Jesuit brothers, to his family and to all those who now feel the loss of a wise, God-centred and much-loved guide and friend.
