There will be a memorial service in Glasgow to celebrate the life of Fr Gerry W Hughes SJ, author of God of Surprises, who died in November 2014. The service will be at the Glasgow University Chapel, 13-15 Southpark Terrace, G12 8LG, beginning at 6pm, followed by a reception in Turnbull Hall (Catholic Chaplaincy) in Southpark Terrace. The preacher will be Fr Brendan Callaghan SJ. All are welcome.
