PAYG makeover & Advent retreat

There's a bright new look to pray-as-you-go (PAYG), the online resource for daily prayer and reflection from the Jesuits in Britain. After almost eight years as a vital part of more than 40,000 people's prayer-lives around the world, the website has been refreshed to be easier to use and to provide some exciting new content. www.prayasyougo.org.uk is being relaunched to coincide with the start of Advent 2013 and features an Advent Retreat in collaboration with the Irish Jesuits' 'Sacred Space'. The Advent Retreat takes the theme: ‘The God who is to come’ and is organised into four sessions, which can be completed in a short time or spread over the four weeks of Advent.

The new look PAYG - the result of a collaboration between the Jesuits in Britain and the two Polish Jesuit provinces (http://modlitwawdrodze.pl) - will include more information on each day's prayer. It will be easier for other languages to be added in future as the new site can accommodate other language versions.

PAYG is also planning to keep in touch with its users and subscribers via email and the occasional ‘snail mail’ to keep users updated on news and feast days, as well as information on the music and scripture used on the site. The new e-newsletter will enable PAYG users to get updates on new resources like the Examen for children and the PAYG audio Rosary straight to their inbox.
