The Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius are a retreat process: a way of discovering, through prayer, scripture and reflection, what our deepest and most authentic desires are, of hearing God's call and finding the grace and courage to respond. Ignatius developed this method through reflecting on his own experience and that of those he accompanied. The Exercises can be experienced as a retreat in daily life, or at a residential retreat centre.
The websites of the different religious congregations provide links to any retreat and spirituality centres they run, where Ignatian retreats are provided.
